1. Service Description

Leadibles provides real estate lead generation services for licensed real estate agents in the San Antonio, Texas area. Our service delivers leads derived from public records including court filings, deed recordings, and county appraisal data.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed real estate agent or broker in the state of Texas to use our service. By signing up, you represent that you hold a valid, active license issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All plans are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Free trials last 3 days. No credit card is required to start a free trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial period, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to leads.

4. Lead Exclusivity

Each lead delivered through Leadibles is exclusive to one subscriber on our platform. We do not guarantee that the same individual or property is not available through other lead services that independently source public records. Leads marked "SA EXCLUSIVE" come from sources unique to Leadibles that no other service covers.

5. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, verified data on every lead. However, public records and skip-traced contact information may contain errors. We display a confidence rating on every lead to help you assess data quality. We do not guarantee that every phone number or address is correct, and we are not liable for inaccuracies in public records.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use leads only for legitimate real estate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable Do Not Call (DNC) regulations
• Not resell, redistribute, or share leads with other agents or services
• Not use automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages without consent
• Treat all individuals with respect and professionalism

7. Limitation of Liability

Leadibles provides leads as an informational service. We are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction, communication, or relationship that results from using our leads. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harassment of lead contacts, or misuse the service in any way. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
