How It Works
Everything you need to know in 3 mins
Section 1
Your Week View
When you log in, your leads are organized by day — Monday through Friday. New leads arrive every weekday morning.
New Leads
3–8% conversionEvent-triggered leads — divorce, probate, foreclosure, inherited transfer. These are your highest-converting leads. Work these every morning.
Bonus Lead
1–5% conversionOne non-urgent lead daily from static categories — elderly/absentee owners, distressed properties, or STR denials. More patient plays, less competition.
Recommended: Go after New Leads first. With extra time, go after Bonus Leads.
Section 2
The Lead Card
Tap any card to flip it. The front gives you the situation at a glance. The back gives you the full picture — contact info, filing details, and property data.

Reveal Contact — The Most Important Thing
This is the single most important action on the dashboard.
The Sunday Sweep
Every Sunday night, the system reviews every lead assigned that week. If you never revealed the contact, it assumes you're not working it — and pulls it back into the pool so another agent gets it Monday.
“Once you reveal the contact, the lead is locked to you.”

Section 4
The 5 Actions
Every card has five action buttons.
Not a fit — sends it back into the pool immediately. It's gone from your dashboard.
Schedules a callback reminder on a future day's tab. Does not protect the lead — reveal or save first, or it gets recycled Sunday.
Locks the lead to you permanently and adds it to your Saved pipeline. Same protection as revealing contact.
Closes out the lead and moves it to the Done folder. Does not protect the lead — always reveal or save before marking done.
A visual bookmark only. Does not protect the lead. Always reveal or save too.

Understanding Accuracy
Each lead shows two accuracy ratings. Each one tells you how confident to be at that step.
Match Accuracy — Name & Address
We match the court filing name against BCAD (Bexar County tax records) to confirm you have the right property owner. This tells you how confident we are you have the right person.
Tracing Accuracy — Phone & Email
Using the identity confirmed by the database, we run a skip trace to find contact info. This rating tells you how accurate the phone and email are.
Combined Contact (Email & Phone) Accuracy
Your real-world contact accuracy is Accuracy 1 × Accuracy 2. If you have 95% match accuracy and 96% trace accuracy, your contact accuracy is approximately 91%— you're very likely reaching the right person.
95% match accuracy × 96% trace accuracy = ~91% contact accuracy
Your name and address accuracy is the match accuracy.
P.S. If name and address accuracy is high but tracing accuracy is low — try requesting a re-trace or drive by the address.

Need More Leads?
Once you've worked through today's leads, you can request more at any time from the dashboard. Fresh leads are always in the pool — request more anytime and they land in your queue that same day. 😊
